Stand at the edge of your mat, keep your feet together and stand erect. Breathe in and lift both arms up from the sides. When you exhale, bring your palms in front of the chest in namaskar position.

Hastauttanasana (Raised Arms pose)

First breathe in, then lift the arms up and back, keep the biceps close to the ears. In this pose, the point is to stretch the whole body up from the heels to the tips of the fingers.


Hasta Padasana (Hand to Foot pose)

Breathe out, bend forward from the waist, keep the spine erect. As you exhale completely, bring the hands down to the floor, beside the feet.


Ashwa Sanchalanasana (Equestrian pose)

Breathe in, now push your right leg back. Now, bring the right knee to the floor and look up.

Dandasana (Stick pose)

When you breathe in, take the left leg back and bring the whole body in a straight line.Try to keep your arms perpendicular.

Gently bring your knees down to the floor and exhale. Take your hips back slightly, then slide forward and rest your chest and chin on the floor. Now raise your posterior a little bit. The two hands, two feet, two knees, chest and chin (eight parts of the body touch the floor).


Bhujangasana (Cobra pose)

Slide forward and raise the chest up into the Cobra posture.You may keep your elbows bent in this pose, the shoulders away from the ears. Always look up. While you inhale, try to push the chest forward; as you exhale, try to push the navel down. Tuck the toes under.

While breathing out, lift the hips and the tailbone up, chest downwards in an 'inverted V' (/\) posture. Try to keep the heels on the ground and lift the tailbone up.

Breathe in, now push your right leg back. Now, bring the right knee to the floor and look up. Place the right foot between the hands and the right calf perpendicular to the floor.

Breathe out, bend forward from the waist, keep the spine erect. As you exhale completely, bring the hands down to the floor, beside the feet.

Breathe in and roll the spine up, hands should go up and bend backwards a little bit, push the hips slightly outward.


Tadasana

As you exhale, straighten the body and bring the arms down. Relax in this position, feel the sensations in your body.
